Challenges of ODL
What are the challenges we face when preparing an online course?
We should at least consider three main areas when designing ODL:
Understanding the didactic principles of online learning, the learners’ traits and the moderator’s role is key for a successful learning and teaching experience. These areas shouldn’t be considered in isolation though. They should complement and contribute to the development of a significant, and innovative learning environment.
