The use of Learning Technologies has been one of the main focused areas concerning the development of multiple skills, being communication the top skill our learners must develop to succeed in this emergent technological world. Thus, learning in the 21st century is a social activity, which relies on the individuals' skills to communicate, interact, collaborate and network with proficiency. Learning and being well prepared for the 21st century competitive world means to have access to online learning environments, and it also means to be in(to) the online world. It implies a digital presence and also an identity within the networks and communities one belongs to.
